Rent a Booth

Our vendors have the freedom to create their own displays, fill their spaces with unique finds, and sell to our customers without having to run their own storefront. Booth rent is based on the size of the space, plus a 13% commission on sales. We handle customer checkout, sales tax and monthly sales reporting — you get to focus on finding, creating and selling the good stuff.

Is The Attic a Good Fit for You?

The Attic is all about variety! Our vendors bring together vintage and antique finds, collectibles, boutique goods, handmade creations, home décor and all kinds of unexpected treasures.
To keep the store fresh and give our vendors the best opportunity to succeed, vendor spaces are not filled on a first-come, first-served basis. New vendors are selected based on available space, what they plan to sell and what best complements the current mix at The Attic.

How much is booth rent?

Booth rent is $2.25 per square foot per month. Booth sizes vary based on availability.

Do you offer smaller spaces?

Sometimes! When available, bookcases may be rented for $30 per month.

Is there a commission?

Yes. The Attic retains a 13% commission on sales to help cover operating costs, including credit card processing, sales tax administration, marketing and monthly sales reporting.

How are new vendors selected?

Vendor spaces are not filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We consider what you sell, available space and what merchandise would best complement the current mix at The Attic.

What does The Attic handle?

We handles customer checkout, collect and pay applicable sales tax, and provide monthly sales reporting.

What am I responsible for?

Vendors price and tag their merchandise and keep their booth stocked, clean and attractive.

How long is the commitment?

Rental agreements are month-to-month. We require 30 days notice when a vendor decides to leave.

Do vendors pay credit card processing fees?

No. The Attic does not charge vendors an additional credit card processing fee.

Does The Attic provide 1099s or tax preparation documents?

No. The Attic provides vendors with monthly sales reports, but we do not provide 1099s, year-end tax statements, or tax preparation services. Vendors are responsible for maintaining their own records and determining their individual tax-reporting requirements.
